- The thesis advisor must fill the thesis evaluation form (.doc, .pdf) and deliver it to the didactic unit by 7 days before the graduation date.
- The thesis co-examiner must fill the thesis evaluation form (.doc, .pdf) and deliver it to the didactic unit by 3 days before the graduation date.
- If the thesis was done with an intership, both the student and the academic tutor must fill the internship evaluation form (.doc, .pdf) and deliver it to the didactic unit.
