In all cases, the application must be submitted at least 15 days before the beginning of the graduation session date.
-
Complete the Course “Evaluation Questionnaire” (mandatory) The Academic Senate, with its resolution of 10/11/2009, made the completion of the Course Evaluation Questionnaire mandatory for all graduating students.
- ⚠️ The receipt confirming that the questionnaire has been completed must be submitted to the Student Office (together with a copy of the grade booklet, for students who still have one). Failure to do so will make it impossible to graduate.

Validity of application for degree exam
At the CCSI meeting of 19/9/2006, it was decided that the graduation application submitted to the Teaching Unit of Computer Science Courses remains valid for only two graduation sessions.
After this period, if the student has not yet graduated, a new application must be submitted according to the procedures in force.
Online registration for the graduation exam is valid for one session only: if the student withdraws from the session, the registration procedure must be repeated for the next one.
