Double degree programme with Malaga University

Students enrolled in the Master’s Degree Programme in Computer Science may apply to join the Double Master Degree Programme established with the University of Málaga (Spain). Selected students will have the opportunity to spend the second year of the Master’s Degree in Málaga and obtain the double degree (“Laurea Magistrale in Informatica” from the University of Pisa and “Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Informática” from the University of Málaga). The thesis work will be jointly supervised by a professor from Pisa and one from Málaga.

The courses offered within the Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Informática are taught in Spanish, but lecture slides and teaching materials are available in English; moreover, the instructors are available to answer questions and hold office hours in English. Exams may also be taken in English.

Students admitted to the Double Degree Programme may apply for a mobility grant for earning credits abroad. In recent years, such grants have amounted to approximately 5,000 euros (the call for applications will be published on this page; deadlines are usually at the end of June).
