  • Supervisor and referee report (.doc, .pdf). Some parts are delivered to the student (supervisor responsibility)
  • The Supervisor’s evaluation module must be sent to the Teaching Office at least 15 days before the graduation day.
  • The referee’s evaluation module for must be sent to the Teaching Office office at least 7 days before the graduation day.
