The Department of Computer Science offers various study opportunities abroad for students enrolled in its degree courses.
Erasmus+ Programme
The Erasmus+ Programme, which allows students enrolled in any Degree Course of the Department to carry out a Mobility for Study or for Traineeship in the member countries of the European Union and in other countries participating in the program, possibly aimed at carrying out the thesis abroad.

Thesis Abroad
The University of Pisa offers mobility grants to graduating students who wish to carry out part of their thesis research abroad for a period of at least two consecutive months, at institutions, organisations, companies, or international bodies located abroad. Students may choose the host country, subject to approval through a Learning Agreement.

Other Opportunities and Calls
Additional opportunities are offered by the University of Pisa through various types of scholarships, with calls published periodically on the Studying Abroad page of the University website.
⚠️ Each call specifies the type of scholarships offered, the requirements for submitting an application, and the relevant deadlines. In general, students may apply to more than one call, but grants cannot be combined for the same mobility period.
Double degrees
Double degree with the University of Malaga (Spain)
For students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Computer Science, a Double Degree is available in collaboration with the University of Malaga. This international programme allows selected students to obtain both the Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pisa and the Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Informática from the Universidad de Málaga.

For students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Data Science, a Double Degree is available in collaboration with the University of Paris Dauphine.
