Please note that the Master\u2019s Degree thesis, the Specialist Degree thesis, or the thesis under the Old Degree System must be submitted in electronic format<\/strong> through the ETD portal<\/strong><\/a>, following precisely the instructions<\/a> provided on the University website.<\/p>\n

For Specialist Degrees, Master\u2019s Degrees, and degrees from the Old System, at least 15 days before<\/strong> the scheduled examination date (15 calendar<\/strong> days, without considering any postponements due to deadlines falling on public holidays), students must submit the following to the Student Office, together with their student record booklet<\/strong> (if they still have it): the electronic thesis cover page<\/strong>, signed by all supervisors<\/strong> (for instructions on generating the cover page, please refer to the Help section<\/a>\u00a0on the thesis presentation process section on the thesis submission process).<\/p>\n

Co-supervisors are not required to sign the cover page.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Access to the thesis (for Specialist, Master\u2019s, and Old System theses) is allowed up to 6 days before<\/strong> the start date of the graduation session.
