The undergraduate student who does not intend to sit for the final graduation exam on the specified date, within and not beyond 15 days before the graduation exam date, must:
- if using the Web application, access again the reserved area of the Alice portal, click on “Degree Programmes” and proceed with the function “cancel application”.
- communicate the deferment to the Teaching Secretariat of Computer Science Courses, specifying the date of the graduation session in which they intend to graduate.
N.B.: the application for graduation exam presented to the Teaching Secretariat of Computer Science Courses, maintains its validity only for two graduation exam sessions. After this period, if the student has not yet graduated, they must make a new application with the procedures in effect at the time.
